1. Who we are

MOUMEANTS ("we") makes cinematic RSVP invitations and private photo galleries for photographers and studios. MOUMEANTS is run by its founder. Contact: hello@moumeants.com.

2. Who can use MOUMEANTS

MOUMEANTS Studio is by invitation. Photographers and studios ("you") get an account from us. Your clients and their guests use the links you send them; they do not need an account.

3. Early access period

During early access, MOUMEANTS is free until December 31, 2026. Features may change, and things may break. We will tell you by email before anything you rely on changes, and before any paid plan starts. You will never be charged without agreeing first.

4. Your photos and content

You keep all rights to your photos, films, music and text. We only use them to show your invitations and galleries to the people you share them with.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including permission from the people in the photos and a licence for any music you add.
Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or anything that harms other people. We may remove it and close the account.

5. Your clients and guests

You decide what you collect from your clients and their guests, and why. Tell them how you use their information. We keep it safe and only use it to run the service for you (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Keep your own copies

MOUMEANTS is not a backup service. Always keep your original photos and files. During early access we cannot promise to restore lost files.

7. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away at hello@moumeants.com if you think someone else used it.

8. Closing an account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Galleries and invitations stop working when an account is closed.

9. No guarantees

We work hard to keep MOUMEANTS running, but it is provided "as is". We are not responsible for losses from downtime, lost files, or how your clients or guests use the links. If we are found responsible for anything, the most we owe is what you paid us in the 3 months before (during early access: nothing was paid).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change matters, we will email you first. Using MOUMEANTS after the change means you accept it.

11. Law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
