1. What we collect

We do not use ads, analytics or tracking pixels. We do not sell or rent anyone's information.
2. Who can see it
- The photographer sees their own events, RSVP answers and galleries. No other photographer can.
- Guests see only the invitation. The couple or host sees RSVP answers with their own link and password.
- Gallery photos are private and need the gallery link and password.
- Invitation photos and music can be opened by anyone who has the invitation or the file address.
- The client's song request and notes for the photographer are never sent to guests.
3. Where it is stored
On servers run by Supabase (Singapore), Cloudflare (website and email routing) and Resend (sending emails). These companies only process it to run MOUMEANTS.
4. How long we keep it
- RSVP answers: deleted automatically 31 days after the event date.
- Galleries: open for 6 months after they are published (the photographer can extend). The photographer can delete a gallery at any time.
- Photographer accounts and events: until the photographer deletes them or asks us to.
- Early access requests: until we reply, or for up to 12 months.
5. On your device
Your browser keeps a few small notes so the site works smoothly — for example "Remember this phone" for a gallery, your favorites, or the demo. You can clear them in your browser settings.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Photographers can do most of this in the Studio. Couples and guests can ask their photographer, or write to hello@moumeants.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
7. Children
MOUMEANTS is for adults. Invitations may show a minor (for example a debut or christening) only when the photographer has the parents' or guardians' permission.
8. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell photographers by email and update the date above.
